1. Eligibility and Accounts

- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with platform reliability, security, or performance.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service outside permitted use.
3. Customer Data
You are responsible for the content you provide through the Service, including interview questions, candidate information, and related materials.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit that data and to process it through the Service.
4. Payments
- Certain features require paid purchases (for example, interview seats).
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
- You authorize us and our processor to charge applicable amounts for selected purchases.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
You may cancel your account at any time. When canceled, your account is deactivated rather than immediately deleted in order to preserve survey and interview data integrity.

6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or threatened platform security.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, and platform materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Voice Interviews and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Real Voice Interviews operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
